Terms of Return, Exchange and Cancellation

Return and replacement 

  • The product is exchanged or refunded within 24 hours .
  • Please make sure that the returned item (or items) are attached to the order confirmation and a copy of the delivery notice
  • Product condition: the product must be in its original and unused condition, with all original labels and packaging.
  • If you have received a defective product (such as delivered to you and has damaged or missing parts, or carries any obvious damage), it can be returned and replaced, or you can get the full amount paid after approval.
  • A return or replacement may be refused if the product has been used or damaged due to misuse
  • Purchase receipt: may require you to provide the purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase of the product

Fee policy

  • additional fees apply upon return or exchange, such as shipping fees if applicable.
  • If the client has paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to his account, a confirmation email will be sent to him, if the client has paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash.
  • If the customer loses his invoice within 24 hours, he can request a copy from our After-Sales Service team or call us at, and a copy of the invoice will be sent electronically to him.

Cancellation policy 

  • In the event that the cancellation was made by us for a reason related to the availability of the product, the delay in the shipping process or for incorrect information by the consignee, the money will be refunded via the customer’s credit card
  • In case of cancellation by the customer, the shipping fees will be deducted and the money will be refunded to him
